The Need

DHL eCommerce UK identified a need to highlight their commitment to investing in their people, as customers value the care and attention employees bring to handling and delivering parcels. A TV advert was essential to celebrate employees and resonate with core customer profiles, reinforcing trust and brand loyalty.

Discover

We began by immersing ourselves in DHL eCommerce UK’s customer insights, understanding the importance of their people-first approach. We conducted in-depth research into their brand values and customer profiles, aligning these with the creative brief. Storyboarding sessions and workshops with DHL stakeholders helped refine our narrative. We collaborated with employees to ensure genuine representation. Our thorough preparation ensured the advert resonated with both the brand and its audience.

Develop

The production process involved filming the master AD in a studio, featuring real employees to ensure authenticity. Our crew captured dynamic visuals that highlighted their care and dedication. Post-production focused on crafting a compelling story through editing, colour grading, and sound design, delivering a polished TV advert that met and exceeded expectations.

Deploy

We launched the campaign across TV and social platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. A feedback loop was established through regular performance reports, audience insights, and collaborative reviews, enabling ongoing optimisation and demonstrating measurable success to DHL eCommerce UK.
