The concept was born from customer market research work DHL eCommerce UK carried out. The insight from customers was that they choose DHL eCommerce because they invest and care about their people and therefore their employees take care and attention handling and delivering their parcels.
The creative approach and brief for the campaign was to celebrate DHL eCommerce UK employees whilst appealing to their core customer profiles.
This campaign was the first-time DHL eCommerce UK undertook TV advertising for their C2X website DHL eCommerce UK
After filming and delivering the TV advert we went above and beyond the brief and conceived and created a disruptive social campaign for them on top of the TV advertising campaign which led to us creating a series of social videos for DHL eCommerce UK.
