
2025 Account Manager
Summary of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our lovely team!
We need a communicator who can help us to maintain great relationships with our clients and see our projects through from start to finish.
Half Account Manager, half Project Manager, half Production Coordinator, half Team Helper, you’ll be 200% awesome.

Essential Skills:
• Minimum 5 years office experience
• High level of organisation to manage productions through our processes on time and on budget
• Excellent communication skills for working with and influencing staff and clients
• Ability to multi-task a lot of projects at different stages of production
• Experience in a services sector (working with clients/customers)
• Meticulous attention to detail balanced with quick working
• Proactive, solutions focused and forward thinking attitude
Desirable Skills:
• Previous experience in Account/Project/Event Management
• Experience in project management, account management or production management
• Social media training and understanding
The Role:
The role will include, but not be limited to:
• Reporting to Head of Production
• Supporting Production team inc. producers across aspects of production
• Acting as main point of client contact on assigned projects, bridging communications between the client and LIQUONA
• Guiding clients through projects from start to finish, following our production process
• Ensuring projects remain on budget and schedule
• Organising film shoots, including booking our crews, researching locations and creating call sheets
• Attending film shoots where appropriate
• Weekly operations meetings with company director
• Social media support
• Support the sales team with marketing activities including various annual campaigns
Term:
12 Months, with scope to extend

Leatherhead has direct trains to Waterloo (45 mins) and Victoria (40 mins) and is situated due south off of the M25.
Hours
09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
Mon – Weds office days
Thurs & Friday optional work from home (once passed probation)
Must be willing to attend conferences, awards & other networking events out of hours as required
